Escritoire\Writing\Claim

A statement asserting that something is true, in the form of a simple proposition; the conclusion of the argument.

For help on composing propositions select Proposition from the Writing menu above.

To avoid duplication of chains of argument, where a claim has already been asserted but in the opposite sense to that intended, it is best to create a rebuttal to the existing claim rather than asserting a new claim.
