Escritoire/Reading/Hide_Others_Ratings

The effect of this control, only available when logged in, is to hide the ratings of others when reading arguments.  This is to assist reviewers in making independent judgements when assigning prior-ratings to cases.

The rational for this is given in [Surowiecki 2004, Ch.3].

Interface Detail

This check-box control is only available when a registered user is logged in.

To hide others ratings check the box; to reveal others ratings uncheck it.  Any displayed arguments are immediately updated on screen.
